My classes are very interactive, mostly student-talking, dynamic and fun. I tend to be rather demanding and always assign homework and want it done. I always make sure that my methodology is tailored onto the individuals' needs and situation and might put focus on different areas depending on the nature of the class. I always come to class with a lot of preparation and never let my learners down with my tedious and repetitive materials.
What is more, I am so keen on utilizing authentic materials which I believe engage students more intensely, anything from an actual talk to an online article and from actual interviews to movies or documentaries.
I tend to put emphasis on correct use of words with correct pronunciation trying to boost individuals vocabulary and the ability to use more varies language and more complex sentences. Within only a short time it will become clear to my new students that unless they prove to be more experimental and imaginative in their use of language session by session, they will be penalized with having to try again and again and probably more homework. Put more simply, I urge my students to be ever more creative in their use of language, but also ensure they are having fun so.
