As a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner, I specialise in supporting students through the unique challenges they face during one of the most important and formative stages of their lives. With many years of experience working closely with students, I offer one-to-one online sessions focused on building emotional resilience, improving confidence, and unlocking personal potential—both academically and personally.
I understand that student life today can be overwhelming. Exam pressure, anxiety, self-doubt, and uncertainty about the future can all take a toll on mental wellbeing. I work with students to help them develop practical tools and life skills that reduce stress, increase focus, and improve emotional balance. Whether it's managing exam nerves, finding the most effective personal learning style, or navigating social and communication challenges, my approach is tailored to meet each student where they are.
Using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, I help students explore how their mind naturally filters information—giving them insights into how they learn best. This empowers them to take control of their study habits, develop stronger concentration, and improve memory retention. I also teach techniques to support emotional regulation, sleep, and motivation—so they can perform at their best without sacrificing their mental health.
More than just coaching, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where students feel truly heard. My goal is to help young people understand themselves better, build resilience, and approach life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
