I am an award‑winning Mandarin tutor with over 18 years of teaching experience, offering personalised, flexible Chinese lessons for learners of all ages and levels. As a native Mandarin and English speaker, I specialise in making Chinese clear, accessible, and enjoyable, whether you’re a complete beginner, a school student, or an adult learner aiming to build fluency.

I hold a degree in English and a Secondary Education Teaching Qualification from Huabei Teachers College in China. I taught for eight years in China before relocating to the UK, where I now teach in a primary school alongside my private tutoring practice. In 2023, I was honoured to be named the Outstanding Chinese Teacher of the Year by the UK Association for the Promotion of Chinese Education.
