PGCE-qualified Art & Photography teacher based in Falmouth, available for online tutoring with secondary and A-Level learners

My teaching background spans fine art, photography, and mixed-media practice. I hold a PGCE, QTS status and an MA, and have taught students from secondary school through to adults in both the UK and internationally.
My strongest areas are photography (film and digital), mixed media, collage, book art and printmaking. I love helping students develop a genuine practice, not just technical skills, but the confidence to experiment, make decisions, and develop their own creative voice.
Alongside these, I also work in paper art and sculpture, and have a specialism in gilding, a dying craft skill, but it often delights students who discover it.
My approach is student-led and process-focused. I meet you where you are, whether you're working towards a qualification, building a portfolio, or simply exploring something new. Sessions are practical, encouraging, and always grounded in your goals.
