I’m Euan, I have a background in IT and Interactive Media, along with over a decade of experience supporting people in a calm, patient and person-centred way. I offer friendly, patient computer tutoring for beginners and anyone who wants to feel more confident using technology. I provide one-to-one in person lessons covering everyday computer skills such as using Windows, email, internet use, files and folders, documents, online forms, printing, video calls and staying safe online. Lessons are calm, practical and explained in plain English, with no pressure or judgement.

I also offer online support, help choosing the right computer, small business support, group bookings for organisations, and tailored sessions for people with additional support needs. The aim is always to make technology feel simpler, more useful and easier to understand.
