Humanities specialist, teaching across English and History from GCSE through to postgraduate studies

I support students to grasp and apply key curriculum concepts, as well as to develop essential academic and study skills (including preparing for assessments and exams). At the center of my tuition is a strong focus on confidence building, and I use active and inclusive learning approaches to develop this. I have a decade of teaching experience alongside a humanities PhD and a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching. I have also been awarded my SFHEA in recognition for my leadership in learning and teaching.
