French tutor providing lessons to children of all ages

Hello! My name is Abi and I am an enthusiastic French tutor with a strong background in the language. I began learning French in primary school and continued studying the language throughout secondary school and sixth form, achieving great results at both GCSE and A-level. I also spent time on an exchange with a French school in Paris which I feel really strengthened my language skills.These experiences helped me build a solid understanding of French grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills as well as an immersion into French culture.
I am currently studying at the University of Leeds, where I continue to develop my language abilities through my degree.
As a tutor I aim to explain concepts clearly and adapt lessons to suit different ages and learning styles as well as continue to improve my own French through tutoring. I am patient, encouraging, and committed to helping students build confidence in their French abilities as I think learning languages is an extremely important skill to have. My academic experience and genuine interest in language learning enables me to create engaging and supportive learning environments for children of all ages.
