Biology teacher for O Level and a level

I am a versatile Biology tutor who has integrated ICT skills in teaching and learning. I have used google classroom and moodle learning management systems during the Covid 19 lockdown to contact learners from home. I also teach combined science as I have a diploma in secondary science, together with the Bachelor of Education in Biology Degree and the Master of Science Education in Biology. I can handle full classes as well as smaller groups and individuals, tailormaking every lesson to match it to the individual learning groups.
Biology being a visual subject, I have skills to include videos and computer simmulations to make learning both fun and easy.
Explanation and simplifying concepts are also key to learner understanding, as such I fully understand this area and can handle learners and help them cross the knowledge gap from simple to complex and from the known to the unknown. Constant motivation and rewards I use in teaching are also an important aspect I can mention that is key in every learner situation.
My experience in a classroom setting has given me the opportunity to handle class discipline issues and respond within the recommendations of the child safeguarding legistlations. Above all I can be available for training in any other system that can be used in teaching and learning. I have mastered class charts and other softwares specific to different schools I have been a supply teacher in Ellesmere Port UK.
Out of the classroom, I am a Basketball, ICT and research enthusiast.
