Taught Spanish lessons during GCSE season to my classmates and helping out my Spanish teacher

I helped my teacher for her students to aim at least a minimum of a grade 5 in Spanish as some of my classmates were struggling heavily, what I done is made them do written tests to analyse what were their weaknesses and strengths, so I always took a ratio adaptiveness of 80:20, 80% learning off their mistakes and weaknesses and 20% learning of their strengths as they can improve a lot more, for speaking I made them speak conversations to me 1 by 1 because it was a classroom of less than 20 classmates so it wasn't too much of a hassle, I learnt and adapted to give them exclusive homework and revision for the week after, I seen a lot of improvements in such little time, at the end of our GCSES, my classmates got no lower than grades 6s
