I have designed early careers processes for clients including interviews and assessment centre s. I can help prepare students for applications. I am passionate about taking an individual approach and coaching people to be the best version of themselves. I have managed people for over 15 years and personal development is something that always focus on. I have worked across different sectors as a Consultant including finance, charity, creative agencies and FMCG's. I pride myself on taking a calm and considered approach - supporting and aiding rather than telling.
