My sessions are supportive, collaborative and shaped around the individual student. I’m a qualified coach with experience working with young people and adults, and my focus is on helping students understand themselves better, recognise what might be getting in their way and find approaches to learning that work for them.

We’ll usually begin by looking at what’s happening for you right now. That might be motivation, confidence, organisation, managing pressure, preparing for exams or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything you need to do. From there, we can explore practical strategies, break larger goals into manageable steps and identify resources or routines that could support you.

My role isn’t to tell you exactly what you should do. I’ll ask questions, listen carefully and help you become more aware of your own strengths, habits and choices. Together, we can try different approaches and reflect on what is actually useful for you.

I have experience coaching teenagers around school pressure, exam anxiety, confidence, routines and decision-making, as well as working with adults in education and professional settings. My background in acting and facilitation also means I bring plenty of experience in communication, creativity and helping people feel comfortable expressing themselves.

You can expect sessions to feel relaxed and conversational while still having a clear focus. There’s room to think, ask questions and work things through without judgement, with practical next steps that feel realistic and achievable for you.
