I am a compassionate and supportive tutor, specialising in English literature and language, happy to offer my services to you regardless of your age, or ability.
I would define my teaching style as engaging, well structured, and warm. Professionalism is important but so is humour and understanding, and I pride myself on my ability to offer all three qualities in my own teaching.
I’ve been tutoring since I was 17, and now, at 25, I’ve decided to step back from classroom teaching, in order to return to tutoring, as I genuinely enjoy the more personal and individualised aspects of teaching that tutoring enables.

I have a PGDE in English and so have a thorough working understanding of the curriculum and examination process, meaning I can help you with your homework, assignments, exam prep, or general knowledge in any way you need. I’m originally from north London and so also have an in-depth knowledge of GCSEs and A-Levels, having taken them myself in 2016 and 2018 respectively. I excelled in these exams, and with my experience and assistance, I can help ensure that you do as well!
Whether you’re new to the language, or a native speaker, I would like to help you achieve your goals with English and will work to tailor my lessons to your personal needs in order to do this.
