With over 26 years of experience as a Modern Languages teacher, I bring a wealth of expertise, passion, and proven success in helping students of all ages and abilities achieve their language learning goals. I have both a Masters Degree (MA Hons) and PGCE in Modern Languages.
Throughout my career, I have taught Spanish, French and ESOL at all levels of the secondary curriculum. I have extensive experience in curriculum development and preparing students for national examinations, as well as delivering adult learning and primary level lessons.
I am highly skilled in adapting lesson content to suit different learning styles and needs, from structured grammar-based sessions to conversational practice and exam preparation. As an Apple Teacher, I have become proficient in integrating digital tools and online platforms into my teaching, which has enhanced student engagement and facilitated personalised learning.

My long-standing track record of success as a classroom teacher demonstrates my ability to create positive, supportive, and effective learning environments which cater for the needs of all students both in person and online.
