For 25 years, I have worked in the digital space doing a variety of roles across the public and private sectors. It started in 2000. I designed and managing an online holiday product selling hotels, flights and other services. As part of the same role I researched, spec’d and designed an online modular digital reservation system.
I went on to work in UX and Product Design.
I worked for well-known companies, for Govt departments and a number of London agencies. As part of my design role, I undertook a lot of other, related digital work that included Content Design, Information Architecture, Interaction & Service Design, Business Analysis and Project Management. I led on a number of digital projects and for two years I was Head of UX at a publishing house in Oxford, England.
I am a rounded, experienced digital professional. I have accrued a lot of experience working on all range of projects, building all types of product for all manner of users.
