Hello there. My name is Stuart and I have been designing websites and web experiences for 25 years. I've worked in both the public and private sectors working on a variety of websites - from information portals to e-commerce sites. My digital work is not confined to just building a site. Much of it was how to build the RIGHT site for a client and for this I've done a number of supporting work such as information architecture, Interaction design, business analysis and, importantly, research.

From this extensive experience I will show you how to be a good designer building sites your users actually want to use.

We will look at six sections - from initial briefing and initial research through prototyping design ideas to user testing a site and finally launch. I will give you real-life examples to highlight what you will be expected to do and what you should expect working with other digital professionals.
