I have discovered the miracles of yoga and have rounded my university degree in sport and exercise science with a two-year adventure, living in an ashram, so connecting the knowledge of the east and west I offer an easy and seamless way for everyone to enter into the magical world of yoga and discover how well well-being feels and dip into meditative states.
