Hello! I am a recent graduate in International Relations and International Law (MA) from the University of Edinburgh, with a keen interest in teaching and English literature. I studied English Literature and History at Higher Level during the IB which gave me a fantastic foundation in essay writing, analysis, and comprehension. These skills were invaluable to me during university and I pride myself in being able to write articulately. I also have some experience in teaching and tutoring English, as I worked as an English tutor during high school to younger children in my area. I enjoy teaching and taking the time to explain difficult concepts in a simple, concise manner. Particularly for English and the writing of essays, I find it beneficial to utilise a number of methods such as mind maps, writing prompts, and discussion to flesh out topics and ideas. I am also comfortable with literature analysis and comprehension and can aid students in this regard. I am happy to teach students of all ages with whatever English related difficulties they may face! I am kind, empathetic and will always be supportive of your learning journey.
