Bilingual French Native with a strong academic background in French Literature and a passion for language education

As a bilingual French and English speaker with a background in literature, art, and design, I bring a unique combination of creativity, cultural awareness, and teaching experience to everything I do. I completed a French Baccalauréat in Literature at Cours Hattemer in Paris, where I developed strong written and analytical skills, as well as a deep connexion with French language and culture. Since moving to the UK, I have continued to use my bilingual abilities in both academic and professional contexts, and I have had the opportunity to support learners through informal French tutoring and language-focused workshops.

In addition to my language experience, I hold a BA in Textiles Design (Print) and have recently completed a Master’s in Fashion and Textiles Design at Heriot-Watt University. This creative training has taught me to think critically and communicate clearly, while also giving me strong project management and presentation skills. My background in art and design also allows me to bring a creative edge to teaching, particularly when working with visual or hands-on learners.

Beyond my academic and tutoring experience, I have worked in customer service, events, and creative project roles, all of which have strengthened my ability to work under pressure (both in French and in English), manage responsibilities independently, and maintain clear, effective communication.

I am confident using digital platforms to support remote learning as well. Overall, I take pride in helping others achieve their goals, and I am committed to making learning enjoyable and effective.
