yoga teacher focusing on slow and relaxing classes

I completed my 200hrs Yoga teacher training at AYM Yoga School in India in February 2024 and I have a certificate with Yoga certification board. I prefer to focus on a slower and more relaxing flow, however if you prefer a slightly more intense class I can incorporate that too. I also like to focus on breath work techniques and can tailor classes to suit your specific wants and needs such as specific areas you want to focus on.
