I will teach through power points slides and examples and then points in the lessons where the student can prove what they have learnt. I will also have a few minutes at the beginning of the session where students can explain to me the things they may find difficult and so I can make sure to cover those topics. I will also pay attention to the way the student engages best whether that be through videos or pictures or reading texts, I will adapt my lessons to their specific needs. To explain English well, I will make sure the child is reading outside of our lessons and we will have a few moments at the end of the session where they can verbalise what they have so far been reading to allow them to better formulate and communicate clearly.
