STEM specialist with a love for maths interested in teaching Primary children.

I would start by speaking to both the parent/s and the child to learn more about them and what their expectations/needs are. I will also discuss with the child what they do at school and any topics they have found difficult. I then complete a short diagnostic test to see where they are with their learning. Based on this information, I will plan a series of lessons around that weaker topic and note any points in which the child might need a refresher session on a standalone topic. I love to teach memorable experiences so I will include a range of educational games, fun topics and lots of other things similar to this.
