Particle Physics Graduate teaches Maths, Physics and Chemistry at National 5, N5, GCSE, A-Level, Higher, AH in Dundee/Online

For as long as I can remember, mathematics has always come naturally to me; I loved solving arithmetic problems as a child. However, it was not until I became a young adult studying for my GCSEs that I realised the profoundness and beauty of maths. Relationships that were previously taken for granted become illuminated in the light of mathematical proof. It was this realisation that propelled my passion for maths and what made me change career choice from medicine to physics. The first time I proved Pythagoras' Theorem for myself it was like a veil had been lifted from my eyes and now I could understand the universe more clearly. My initial drive in choosing medicine was to help people, which is now manifested in my love for teaching science in a fun and engaging way.
