I have been tutoring maths and physics to high school pupils for a decade. My focus when tutoring is to assess the student's needs and tailor a lesson specifically for them. We begin with problem solving so that I am able to analyse exactly how much the student understands and with what they are struggling. I have been tutoring maths and physics to high school pupils for a decade. My focus when tutoring is to assess the student's needs and tailor a lesson specifically for them. We begin with problem solving so that I am able to analyse exactly how much the student understands and with what they are struggling. Afterwards, the lesson is customised specifically to the student to give them a ground-up and complete understanding of the topic. A lesson typically lasts one hour. I have experience tutoring the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence in addition to GCSEs and A-levels. I have also tutored a number of adult learners, who are always welcome.
