I offer a calm, supportive and flexible approach to learning and personal development, working across three main areas: study support, mindfulness-based wellbeing support, and creative art sessions.

My aim is to help people feel more confident, capable, and at ease- whether they are working towards academic goals, managing stress and overthinking, or exploring creativity.

Study Support

I help students develop effective study habits, organisation skills, focus, and confidence in their learning. My approach is encouraging and adaptable, supporting each learner in a way that works for them rather than using a one-size-fits-all method.

Mindfulness & Wellbeing Support

I offer a calm space to help manage stress, overthinking, and anxiety, while building healthier thinking patterns and emotional balance. Rather than focusing only on sessions themselves, I also support clients in developing simple, practical ways to bring these tools into everyday life.

Creative Art Sessions

I also teach art using acrylics, ready-mixed paints, and mixed media, with a focus on texture, layering, and personal expression. My teaching style encourages exploration and helps learners “find their own way” creatively, rather than focusing on fixed outcomes.

Across all areas, I aim to create a relaxed, non-judgemental environment where people feel supported to learn, grow, and explore at their own pace.

I recognise that studying can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I aim to help students approach their learning in a balanced and manageable way.
