I run a mental health support service for young people focusing on a safe space to be heard.

I have worked with young people for several years enabling personal development through low demand support. With agreement on student led outcomes, I offer support in current situations and guidance for future aspirations whether that be academic or personal growth. I practice in a person centred way, with compassion and acceptance for all. I run neurodiversity affirming sessions.
