I like to think myself as a welcoming person. My lessons would be open to anyone who is respectful.

As I have previously taught people how to do my profession (3D animation). I developed patience and understanding from their point of view when being introduced to something new, giving them the opportunity to talk about what ossues they have encountered and what they dont understand. I believe this is key to truly engage with your students to make them feel heard, understood for both the teacher and the student.
