With over 13 years of experience supporting those who have experienced trauma I have developed training that is inspirational and informative . I believe that if we can understand why we are the way we are we can see change in our lives . I have experience in supporting those who have endured childhood sexual abuse , rape and domestic violence and have worked in prison and rehab programmes and facilitated group therapy. I love to teach and to see people find emotional freedom.
I teach sessions on inner child and changing patterns of behaviour . Relationship with students is key and there is never any judgement in the way you may learn . Let’s do this together and pay what we learn forward .
