I have a CIMSPA-endorsed Level 3 Personal Trainer diploma. I guide my clients during exercises and fitness routines helping with cardiovascular and strength training; with a focus on the clients' personal health and fitness goals. I develop customised workout plans, demonstrate the exercises and guide the clients' through each workout. I also provide advice on nutrition and lifestyle, to help them achieve their goals. I coach them throughout their journeys, follow up regularly and make changes if needed.
I combine bodyweight exercises with weight training, using free-weights such as dumbbells, kettlebell, barbell and a bench. I focus on the whole body, including core strength, upper and lower body strength, flexibility. I either superset exercises together for 30-45 seconds with a 15-20 second rest in between, and do three rounds of each; or, I have circuit-training that involves rotating through 5-10 exercises targeting different muscle groups. I create 30, 45 and 60 minute-plans. I also create workouts for people who just want to use bodyweight, these workouts are more cardio-focused, but we implement a lot of core and abs work, as well.
