Struggling with Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism or Study Skills? Let’s Find a Way of Learning That Works for YOU!
Learning shouldn’t constantly feel like a struggle. Sometimes you don’t need to work harder — you need someone to help you discover how you learn best.
I am a qualified teacher, SEND specialist and Educational Assessor with over 25 years’ international experience, supporting learners across the UK, USA, UAE and South Africa.
I provide friendly, personalised online tutoring and coaching for children, teenagers and young adults, specialising in:
• Dyslexia and specific learning difficulties (SpLD)
• ADHD/ADD and executive functioning
• Autism and neurodiversity
• Reading, writing and literacy support
• Organisation and time management
• Planning and approaching assignments
• Study and revision skills
• Memory, attention and concentration strategies
• Self-regulated and independent learning
• Building confidence and reducing learning frustration
My lessons are not simply about completing homework. Together, we identify what is getting in the way of learning and develop practical strategies that you can use independently at school, college, university and beyond.
Perhaps you understand a subject but struggle to get your ideas onto paper. Maybe starting assignments feels overwhelming, deadlines creep up on you, revision doesn’t seem to stick, or reading and writing take far more effort than they should. These are exactly the kinds of challenges we can work on together.
Sessions are positive, structured and completely tailored to you. We can use your real school or college work while developing strategies for planning, organisation, reading, writing, memory and independent study. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
I bring extensive experience leading Learning Support and SEND provision, teaching learners with diverse needs, coaching students in executive functioning and self-regulated learning, and working with families and teachers to help young people succeed.
Most importantly, I want you to recognise your strengths. Having a different learning profile does not mean you cannot succeed. With the right strategies, greater understanding and encouragement, learning can become much more manageable.
