A committed lecturer with experience at universities in Japan teaching students from various backgrounds. Engaged in English language teaching focusing on medical topics as well as general topics, encouraging students’ active involvement and developing their critical thinking.

After moving to the UK, I have worked as a freelance translator of English-Japanese language. I have translated sentences mainly related to politics, economy, and sciences, which allowed me to use a corpus-based translation approach.

I started working as a volunteer Japanese language instructor for Kowasabi group based in Hampshire. I mainly focus on toddler and KSY1 in 2019. I am now preparing myself to be a teacher for students who challenge GCSE. I also organize an origami club for a local school and volunteer there weekly.
