Advert description
I achieved a 7 in Higher Level Visual Arts in the IB Diploma Programme and am now studying Engineering and Architecture at the Bartlett School of Architecture, where creativity and design are central to my work. I have experience teaching and tutoring in different contexts, from leading study groups in IB to more informal one-to-one sessions with peers and younger students. My skill set includes both analogue methods (drawing, painting, mixed media) and digital tools for design and visual storytelling. I am confident in guiding students at various levels, whether they are preparing portfolios, tackling IB assessments, or simply developing their artistic confidence.
My teaching approach is tailored to each student’s needs and learning style. I like to begin by identifying their goals and areas of interest, then building a study plan together. I balance technical instruction with open-ended exploration, encouraging students to develop both their practical skills and their ability to think critically about art. I often use examples from different cultures and art movements to broaden perspective and spark inspiration. Whether working on technique, project planning, or exam preparation, my focus is on making lessons engaging, supportive, and empowering.
