Fully qualified Spanish and French teacher with 10+ years experience in language teaching

I’m a passionate and highly qualified teacher with over 10 years of experience as Head of Languages and teaching Spanish and French in prestigious UK, international and Spanish schools (Primary & Secondary). I’ve supported students of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced, including preparation for GCSE (AQA, Edexcel, iGCSE), A Level (Spanish) and DELE exams.
I offer one-to-one Spanish or French lessons (one hour sessions) that are fully tailored to each student's needs, with a strong focus on developing all four key language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. I also incorporate cultural content to make learning both meaningful and enjoyable, and I provide all learning materials and resources.
Each student begins with an initial language assessment, allowing me to create a personalised lesson plan that targets their specific goals. Lessons include regular practice with past exam papers and strategies to build confidence and success in exams, providing regular reports and feedback on progress.
I have extensive training in curriculum design, educational technology, and innovative teaching methods, which allows me to adapt my approach to suit each student’s learning style. My students consistently achieve strong academic progress and exam success, and I’m deeply committed to helping each learner build both skill and confidence. Above all, I have a genuine passion for languages and education, and I take pride in making the learning journey engaging, supportive, and rewarding.
