I have an equivalent M. A. in Economics and Finance Summa Cum Laude from the Univ. of Mexico. I did Graduate work in Economics and Finance at UCLA with a Ford Foundatin fellowship. Hold 6 teaching credls. for adults in CA in ESL, Spanish, Economics and Basic Adult Education. At the Graduate level, I earned a Banking and Finance community college teaching credential followed in 1983 with a Computer Accounting teaching certificate from Calif. State Univ. in Los Angeles.
