Anything you want more time and energy for i.e. your studies, creativity, relationships -can benefit from learning easier ways to adult, especially when your energy is low.
For example: I used to get so hyper-focused that time would disappear until 5 hours later I would be too hungry to think what to cook or eat. I would go between the cupboard and fridge seeing ingredients but not comprehending what meals I could make. It would usually lead to eating quick or expensive junk food that would create worse brain fog or I'd crash and nap, messing up my sleep schedule.
But now I have a poster of meals I already know how to make, with the ingredients visualised so I can quickly check what's available. What used to be a 20 minutes or longer decision now takes seconds... This is just one example of what I wish someone had taught me.
