Mentoring, coaching is my approach & skillset not “teaching”. My experience is listed mostly in my CV The foundation of my approaches are to help people (young people) help themselves. Simply put we all set ourselves up in ways to fail, with our language, self talk & expectations. My job is to create a conducive environment for self discovery & mastery. To help reduce the shameful fails we don’t benefit from & enhance to probability of maintaining wellbeing during challenging times.
