I’m a leadership development consultant and executive coach with over 20 years of senior leadership experience across defence, telecoms and infrastructure. I design and deliver bespoke leadership programmes and one-to-one coaching for managers and senior leaders who want to lead more effectively, navigate change and get the best from their teams. My approach starts with understanding what you’re actually facing not a generic framework. Sessions are practical, honest and grounded in real leadership experience.
