Tutor of Spanish and English as a foreign teaches all ages

I have taught English and Spanish to kids, teenagers and adults at state and private schools. I have done for over 15 years old. During the Pandemic, i learned to use Zoom and Meet to offer online clases. Through different activities and with a communicative approach, I foster a comfortable and friendly environment so students feel confident and relaxed. I believe that students need to trust their teacher and understand that everybody can learn even when they make mistakes. Also contextualized activities help learners to use language in real situations connected with their every day life or goals (travel, career, business, pleasure, hobby, etc ). The topics chosen can be discussed in order to practice conversation and increase vocabulary by the use of reading comprensión tasks. Additionally, studying a culture can contribute to have a better idea and gain insight into the values, beliefs, traditions and worldviews of a particular community. Learning a language can be looked at as a bridge to cross-cultural understanding.
