I worked within a busy contact centre for 5 years and gained valuable experience and skills in many departments. I have trained, educated and helped employees with their Individual development and understanding. I have coached in multiple subjects but always bettering people and helping them reach their goals. Everyone I have coached has gone on to do well and grow within their careers and personal life too.
