Native Spanish Tutor | GCSE & A-Level Specialist

I am a native Spanish speaker from Valencia and a qualified teacher with a PGCE in Secondary Spanish. I have experience teaching Spanish in a UK secondary school and supporting students from Key Stage 3 through to GCSE.

My lessons are friendly, structured and adapted to each student’s level, learning style and examination board. I help students strengthen their grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing.

For GCSE students, I provide targeted support with the four examination skills, speaking preparation, translation, writing tasks and exam-style questions. We can also use past papers to identify gaps and develop effective examination techniques.

For A-Level students, I offer support with advanced grammar, essay writing, speaking preparation and the study of Spanish-language films, literature and cultural topics.

As a native speaker, I also help students develop natural pronunciation and a deeper understanding of Spanish culture. Lessons are encouraging and practical, while remaining focused on measurable progress and each student’s individual goals.

Face-to-face lessons are available in Colchester and surrounding areas.
