Im always looking to expand my knowledge and I have already had loads of experience working with various age groups

I am able to adapt quickly and change my traing to cater for all ages and conditions. Whilst making them fun and interactive for the younger ages but also still beneficial to them, whilst finding so much enjoyment helping and seeing physical and mental changes with all ages. I listen well and can sympathise with everyone regardless of their backgrounds as I have also struggled with mental health and injuries
