I am REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals), CIMPSA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) Level 3 Yoga Teacher, with experience in Hatha and meditation focussed Yoga. I am also studying further in Level 4 Vinyasa Yoga for more advanced level this course is ongoing until 2024.

I have been practising Yoga for 10 years, I am also a qualified Solicitor and have seen the practical benefits of Yoga through challenging and demanding experiences.
