I am a native English speaker and can help students improve theri English Language and speaking skills

I am currently completing a Master's degree in Health Care and Health Sciences. I have already completed a BA Honors Degree in Health and Social Care and I have PGCE in Education. I also have an ESOL qualification. I am a passionate and confident teacher who is able to offer a flexible approach, along with the ability to teach both adults and children effectively in a one-to-one or a group setting, both online and in a classroom. I am able to communicate with my students in a variety of different ways and methods which allow them to learn in their own ways. Along with the development of unique resources, I completely understand how it feels not to be able to achieve basic literacy and numeracy skills because I have neurodiversity and have struggled with my learning throughout my life. Because of this, I have been able to develop strategies and methods to help me achieve my goal to become a teacher. I can use my own initiative, learn quickly, and liaise efficiently. I offer determination, flexibility, and an openness to change. I am a suburb team member and I am extremely thorough. I pay great diligence and have excellent verbal communication. Interpersonal, and written skills. I am dedicated to equality and believe in opportunities being equal for all. I am also a neurodiversity interventionist working with students to recognise their individual strengths and needs in order to develop strategies that will assist not only their learning abilities, but those of other students present as well.
