I have been teaching for over 20 years and have taught children as well as adults. Each student will have their own individual learning plan and the lessons will be designed just for them. I Know and understand how to personalize learning and provide opportunities for all learners to achieve their full potential in lessons, this could either be on a one-to-one basis or in a group situation. Each lesson is delivered with enthusiasm, and commitment and I will match your individual needs. I use different methods and strategies to teach students and make my lessons interesting and inclusive. I effectively produce all my own teaching resources. I believe in the equality of opportunity for all students, this includes timely management of their learning process and ethical teaching practices. Develop schemes of work and lesson plans. Manage the behavior of all students effectively. I have worked with the SENCO (special needs) team to develop strategies and methods to help students develop their full potential, especially neurodiversity students. I have a knowledge and understanding of a range of teaching, learning, and behavior management strategies and know how to use and adapt them. I Know how to use local and national statistical information to evaluate the effectiveness of my teaching, to monitor progress, and raise attainment. I am aware of the legal requirements, national policies, and guidance on the safeguarding and promotion of the well-being of young people. I am able to demonstrate awareness and understanding of the implication of equality, inclusion, and multicultural education as well as understand how students with special needs may be integrated into the classroom or learning environment.
