Spanish tutor providing lessons to students of all levels

I completed my post-secondary education in Spanish and Social Services Studies and postgraduate education in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language and Hispanic Linguistics. This combination has prepared me well to excel in the teaching field.

I have gained advanced knowledge of the various possible impediments to learning that a student might have, and an in-depth understanding of social barriers to developmental delays. In addition, with more than seven years of experience as an independent Foreign Language Teacher of Spanish, I am adept at developing and implementing curriculum, managing classrooms, and helping students advance their understanding of the Spanish language and culture. Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including computer and administrative abilities, I excel at:

● Increasing student concentration, participation, and accountability.
● Creating a hands-on curriculum to promote interest.
● Designing creative lesson plans and utilizing diverse technology.
● Tutoring and mentoring individual students.
