I am a qualified psychologist (BSc, Arden University, UK), educator, and life coach with over 25 years of professional experience. I provide online coaching sessions designed to strengthen study skills, focus, emotional balance, and self-confidence in university and adult students.
My approach combines evidence-based psychological insight with structured study techniques. I do not simply teach methods — I help students understand how their cognitive and emotional patterns influence concentration, procrastination, stress, and motivation. When students understand how their mind works, change becomes sustainable.
