I offer Yoga lessons for all levels and age in London and online with the added benefits of Sports Massage and Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork therapy. Seamlessly blending fluid movement with targeted physical recovery, I design bespoke sessions completely tailored to your lifestyle.

Every body is entirely unique, and whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time, building functional strength, or seeking a quiet, deeply restorative space for injury rehab and somatic stress release, I adapt the pace and practice entirely to you.

As a certified Yoga Teacher ( RYT 200h and Art of Assisting in Yoga) with complementary qualifications in bodywork therapy ( ITEC level 3 extended SMT and Zenthai Shiatsu ) , I offer premium hands-on physical assists during our in-person sessions to safely support healthy alignment, melt away chronic tension, promote integrity and conscious breathing as foundations.
Sessions are available in-person (SW/West London, larger area on demand) and online wherever you are, supporting your long-term health and wellbeing goals. (English/French fluent)
