I am a mathematician, educationist and growth mindset oriented individual who focuses on learners from years 4 - year 12.

My teaching methodology is completely students or learners centered. It begins with the following steps : 1. The teacher introduces the topic. 2. The teacher asks for learner's experience with the topic to determine learner's experience on the topic. 3. The teacher explains the topic. 4. Students are allowed to ask questions. 5. Students are called to explain the topic. 6. Students are allowed to apply the skills to solve real life problems. And by the end of the lesson, the learners will have acquired the following skills : 1. Critical thinking skills 2. Growth mindset 3. Leadership 4. Decision making 5. Time management 6. Excellent interpersonal skills 7. Team building etc. Thanks!
