Using my pedagogy principles and personal development experience, I will set out to meet and exceed the demands of the students who will be introduced to my powerful goal setting technique from the beginning. This goal setting technique will run juxtaposition to the personal development courses I created, and delivered, in the West of Scotland college, and surrounding areas in 2009 / 10.
