My name is Alicia and I am delighted to be teaching on Find Tutors.

I am a recent Masters graduate and a passionate educator. I studied a Bachelor of Arts and since I have three years of experience working as a visiting practitioner/lecturer for BA students at University of the Arts, London. I am currently an online tutor working for various companies teaching academic subjects and english as a foreign language. These include Go Student, Cambly and Role Models. On Go Student I teach academic subjects to people of all ages helping students reach their targeted grades in examinations. On Cambly I help students with their grammar, pronunciation and conversational skills when learning English as a foreign language. I also work at Role Models a UK life skills tutoring company as a course leader teaching life skills to children aged 3-15 across the world in group sessions on zoom.

I believe that every person is a different type of learner and their academic and personal growth is best when they nurture their individual passions. We are all capable of learning, we simply need to be given the tools and skills to pursue it. Therefore it is vital for to have dedicated mentors who can support you through the different stages of your learning journey. I am passionate about demonstrating and encouraging students to explore, discover, and cultivate their strengths both academically and practically.
