Advert description
I have extensive academic and research experience in biology, microbiology, biodiversity, and environmental sciences, with strong expertise in wet-lab experimentation, experimental design, sample preparation, microscopy, microbial isolation and identification, data collection, analysis, and quality assurance. As a university professor and researcher, I have substantial experience designing and delivering biology courses, supervising students, and communicating complex scientific concepts clearly to learners with different backgrounds and levels of knowledge.
My teaching approach is student-centered, practical, and inquiry-based. I combine clear theoretical explanations with real-world examples, laboratory activities, scientific problem-solving, and interactive discussions to help students understand not only what happens in biological systems, but also why and how it happens. I encourage critical thinking, observation, evidence-based reasoning, and active participation. I also adapt my explanations and teaching methods according to students' needs and use questions, examples, and feedback to ensure that key concepts are understood.
In addition, I have experience evaluating scientific work, applying assessment criteria, reviewing data quality, conducting literature reviews, scientific writing, and communicating research findings. My interdisciplinary research background enables me to connect biological concepts with environmental challenges, biodiversity, sustainability, and emerging technologies, making scientific learning relevant and engaging.
